While we love responding to you, there are just some common inquiries that get asked all the time. And so to help you, have a quick read through some of our frequently asked questions:


WHAT’S THE BEST SHAMPOO VARIANT FOR KIDS?

- Our Subtle Touch Baby Line is specially formulated for kids. We only recommend the Subtle Touch Baby Hair and Body Wash for your kids.

IS THE SUBTLE TOUCH BABY WASH SAFE FOR NEWBORNS?

- Yes it is safe for newborn babies. Add a few drops to your wet sponge and it’s ready to go!

UNTIL WHAT AGE CAN MY KID USE THE SUBTLE TOUCH BABY WASH?

- You can use it from newborn up until the wash is still effective or “hiyang” to your kids.

IS THE SUBTLE TOUCH BABY WASH TEAR FREE?

- Uhmmm no, it’s not tear free. Might sting your kids’ eyes a little bit, so be extra careful!

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH-ON-DELIVERY OR COD?


- Sorry we do not have COD option.

In some occasions we might offer one but normally, shipping is at buyer’s cost.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

- Our partner courier is CliqNShip. But we also ship via Grab Express/Lalamove (to be booked by customer). Price depends on the location of delivery and the expense should be shouldered by the customer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?

- Shipping to Metro Manila takes about 2-3 working days while shipping to provincial areas take about 5-9 working days upon pick-up from our warehouse.

Cut-off for payment is at 2:00PM. Once payment has been made, please give us 24 hours to verify your payment. All verified payments made before 2:00PM will be shipped out the next day and all verified payments made after 2:00PM will be shipped out two days after. Please note that there is no pick-up service on Sundays and on holidays.

For pickup orders, once you have been notified that your items are ready, you may book your riders Monday to Friday only 9:00AM-4:00PM.
